Why Veggie?
Veggies are awesome! They provide us with everything we need to be happy, healthy and thriving. In March 2011 I switched to a mostly plant-based diet (which is now about 90% vegan). My skin cleared up, I dropped a few pounds and I’ve never felt better. Plants are the perfect source for nutrients, vitamins, minerals, calcium and even protein.
